Sales Associate – DUBAI, UAE
Job Description
Centroid Solutions is a fintech software and infrastructure provider specializing in risk management, execution technology, connectivity to financial markets, and solutions for multi-asset financial brokers. Centroid offers a complete suite of technology solutions and infrastructure that is specifically designed to help brokers optimize their business performance, expand their product offering and facilitate business growth.
The Sales Associate is responsible to identify new customers for the company, worldwide, through cold calling, LinkedIn, etc., handle company leads and take part in the business development activities of the company in order to increase revenues. The role is part of the business development team, includes performance targets and will report to the CEO.
Main Duties
- Grow the company’s client base and revenues
- Sell the company’s products to potential customers
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
- Work on customer retention and upsell within the customer base of the company
- Provide product demonstrations to potential customers and understand their requirements
- Engage and work with external introducers, and maintain good relationships with partners
- Support marketing activities by attending events, conferences and other marketing events
- Maintain a solid understanding of the financial markets and Forex industry
- Maintain a solid understanding of company’s offering and forthcoming releases
Required Skills
2 to 3 years’ of experience in a similar solutions sales role
In-depth knowledge of working with CRMs, lead tracking and following sales targets
Ability to demonstrate a detailed understanding of solution selling
Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
Great communication skills
Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize different tasks quickly
Knowledge in forex and forex software is a plus
Fluent written and spoken English
Results driven and self-motivated
