Sales Associate – Spanish speaking

Job Description

Centroid Solutions is a fintech software and infrastructure provider specializing in bridging technology, risk management, connectivity to financial markets, and solutions for multi-asset financial brokers. Centroid offers a complete suite of technology solutions and infrastructure that is specifically designed to help brokers optimize their business performance, expand their product offering and facilitate business growth.

The Sales Associate is responsible to generate new business for the company, worldwide, establishing own client portfolio and relationships, in order to grow the company’s client base and revenue. The ideal candidate needs to be highly proactive, client oriented, with excellent relationship and cold sales skills, generate qualified leads and help the company achieve financial gain and customer satisfaction. This role is part of the business development team and includes performance targets.

Main Duties

  • Establish industry relationships and customer pipeline to generate sales and revenue
  • Build and enhance the leads database for the company through cold sales
  • Provide product demonstrations to potential customers and understand their requirements
  • Create a positive sales experience, by providing timely and professional assistance
  • Engage and work with external introducers, and maintain good relationships with partners
  • Support marketing activities by attending conferences and other marketing events
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the financial markets and Forex industry
  • Maintain a solid understanding of company’s offering and forthcoming releases

Required Skills

  • Fluent written and spoken in English and Spanish is a must

  • 2 + years’ of experience in a similar solutions sales role

  • Ability to demonstrate a detailed understanding of solution selling

  • In-depth knowledge of working with CRMs, lead tracking and following sales targets

  • Knowledge in forex, Fintech and cryptocurrency software is a plus

  • Additional languages such as Portuguese is a plus

  • Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize different tasks quickly

  • Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively

  • Great communication skills

  • Results driven and self-motivated
