Marketing Officer – Cyprus

Job Description

Centroid Solutions is a fintech innovator specializing in risk management, quantitative analytics, connectivity, complex execution strategies and P&L optimization for multi-asset financial brokers. Centroid offers a complete suite of technology solutions and infrastructure that is specifically designed to help brokers optimize their business performance, expand their product offering and facilitate business growth.

The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, as well as organizing and running marketing campaigns and events to raise brand awareness.


  • Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies
  • Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations
  • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
  • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for Centroid’s solutions on various media channels (Linkedin, email blast, press release, etc)
  • Work with Sales team to prepare marketing projects and distribute knowledge and/or events.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence around the globe
  • Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
  • Collaborate with marketing manager in preparing marketing budgets and monitoring expenses.
  • Engage and work with external introducers and maintain good relationships with partners.

Required Skills

  • At least 2 years’ of experience in a similar marketing role within the FX industry

  • BSc/MSc in business administration, marketing, digital marketing, or any related field

  • Good understanding of marketing techniques and principles

  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office and marketing software (E.g. CRM, Mailchimp, WordPress)

  • Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics (E.g. Google Analytics)

  • Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively

  • Great communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize different tasks quickly

  • Creative and commercial awareness

  • Fluent written and spoken English
